Every product we offer is created in house. From our Lux Hardwood signs that are built by hand in the woodshop to the smaller personalized items we create in the laser studio. We take pride in producing quality, custom-crafted items rather than mass-produced products. Each piece is carefully designed, built, inspected, and packaged to ensure it arrives ready to enjoy.
Production Time
Lux Wood Signs and Some Nursery Signs
Please allow 3 to 4 WEEKS for production once you have approved the mockup before your item is ready to be either picked up or shipped. A lot of time goes into the creation of these products from milling woods, handshaping elements, routing, gluing, painting, staining and drying or curing of the final piece. Amazing art, when done correctly, takes time.
Smaller Items
Please allow up to 14 BUSINESS DAYS for production before your order is ready to either be picked up or shipped.
Since each item is custom-made, processing times may vary depending on order volume and project complexity. Shipping transit times are separate from production time.

Mounting & Installation
Our Luxe Signs come with French Cleat Hanging Hardware that is graded for the weight of the pieces we create. These items are heavy and require a strong installation
For other smaller, light weight signs we recommend the use of high quality mounting tape that is designed for the wall surface and the weight of the item you are hanging. Depending on the size and weight of the piece, additional support such as finishing nails or wall anchors may be necessary.
Proper installation methods will vary based on wall material, mounting location, and environmental conditions. Customers are responsible for selecting and using appropriate hardware and installation techniques.
For safety reasons, we cannot assume responsibility for damage or injury resulting from improper installation or mounting.
